How to make a Gif file Not show black when the page loads

Now that is over with you need a good ico/gif make , I use IconCoolso get that if you can.
Now open or make the gif ico in the program and if you have open it you will see it has a color around the ico /gif that you need to remove.
As you can see if the first picture there is a brite green all around the image and we need to remove that.
So look at picture 2 and you can see the paletbox and I have pick the far left color I think it is a neutral color, use that to do a fill or use the pencil to change all the color that is not needed for the ico/gif.
Now just save your image as a gif or ico clicking the File and SaveAs.
