my company (dekEntertainment) is looking to expand
right now, im the only one in my company
i am looking for people that would like to work on a project

i would need:
graphics person - must be able to use bryce
audio person - any program is acceptable
brainstormer - someone to think of ideas/improvements/sugestions constantly

of course, you would be payed (based on the ammount of work you do)

right now i think one person for each category should be enough but i might need more later, either way, let me know if your interested and we can talk about payment/ect

also, if you dont want to work on this but know of someone or a place that has a lot of people that would, let me know

thanks - dave

Savageotar you have to understand that not everyone comes here everyday.
You need to give people time to get back to you.
Please don't PM me questions, ask here in the forums!

Savageotar, people do not normally pay for a "brainstormer". In real game development, "designers" are normally coders, or work hands-on with the dev tools that were created by the tool developers (depends on the project, and studio). "Lead designers" are managers of the design team, first and foremost, and designers second. No one gets paid to just think of ideas, really, unless you have established yourself by being lead on a major, platinum selling commercial game (or several!).

It is, of course, up to you if you want to make offers to people to brainstorm as a paid job, but I don't think you will get any takers when hundreds of people would do it for free. Ideas are a dime a dozen (and even that is stretching it), while people who have the skills to help create the game are a useful commodity.
