What is sripting?! If anyone knows (which everyone probably does), please tell me how to use it properly.

For Adventure Maker you need to use Visual Basic. If you would like to use scripting in your games, you need to have a full version of Adventure Maker.

You find a lot of information to start with scripting in the help files:

a script is a set of instruction interpreted by some kind of software in an uncompiled form instead of a set of instruction compiled into a set of opcodes stored in a binary file and interpreted by the cpu.
