Bryce Installation Help

I downloaded Bryce and I enter in my registration key and click OK but then it says I entered in an incorrect serial number. I typed it in, copy and pasted it in and it still doesn't work. I inserted my first name in the name slot. Can someone help me out please.

If you downloaded it directly from bryce, then try downloading it again
If you got it from limewire or other illegal way, I cant help you

I just need help with the registration. I enter in the serial number exactly as it says and it says that it's incorrect.
