PAID PLUGIN REQUEST - Theora Video Playback

I don't know whether this is even feasible or not, but I am looking for someone to create a Theora Video plugin for AM.
What I need is to be able to play back Theora video, as opposed to AVI files. I need both full-screen video and looping hotspot videos.
This is a paid request. If anyone is interested, please PM me to discuss in further detail. If someone takes up this project, I will happily share the results with the AM community.
