creating web links

do any of you know how to create web links for the psp? all ive figured out how to do is create links to other pages. nothing tells me how to create a link to the web.

ive tried this too and i dont think you can create web links yet...im creating a psp portal using a.m and i need to use links too but if i find a way to i promise i'll let you know
