I have a problem, on some pictures I get the error...

"An error occured while generating thumbnails"

I'm trying to import JPG's and I've got loads in so far, could it be a file name problem or the way the image was encoded from photoshop?

I thought I had hit my limit of pics in the freeware version, but that's not it. It's still letting me get some pics not others.

Hi,

Try switch to text view only... just to see if it works.

You can also delete the existing thumbnails from your project folder "Thumbnails", don't worry they are recreated again automatically.

You might also want to create different folders in AM and reallocate your recources evenly to those folders.

I had problems coding HotSpot Magic when loading too many thumbnails... but of course this is loading not generating. Hence the possibility the create folders in AM

BTW: How many images do you already have ? Did you used a watermark, digital signature or some else that differs from the once you created before ?

Good luck,

Thanks ShadowHunter,

dividing them into smaller folders seems to have helped quite alot.
