Hi sempaix, welcome to the forums :)

I haven't used the AM transformer yet, but if you read the known limitations here:
http://www.odysseyforge.com/5.html
you can also read that plugins are ignored.
Since you display flash movies by using the Flash Plugin, this might be the reason.

AM

Hi,

You can click "Create HTML" from the Adventure Maker project menu (no multiplayer or scripting though)

Wow, this looks like a really useful program! Has anyone seen RealmWarrior around lately? I'd like to talk to him about that Screensaver export...

No, I haven't seen him lately, and the website is gone.
All you could try is to send him an email in the hope that it still exists and is checked regularly.

EDIT
It seems that this blog is also his - so if the email doesn't work, you might like to try it here, since it appears to be new: http://bunnymoneynews.wordpress.com/about-bunny-money/

It does not work with all vbscripts, however it does work with some of them aparently, because I've recently tried the ChangeDisplayResolution method and it worked. Interesting...
