Today we bought the full version of your fantastic software, with commercial support.
However, during the process of order, we used special characters which are specific in domestic alphabet (without which we would not be 100% sure to recieve the paper version of receipt. )
Because these characters are unknown to Adventure Maker, it produced codes which were unaccepted by software. We can't upgrade free version to full with commercial support.
Can anybody help us with this? Later we learned that special characters were not supposed to be in order, but we made a mistake.
