Hi sorry if this has been asked before but it is something I am working on
Is it possible using the dialogue wizard to create follow on questions?
For example
First screen with questions
Would you like a cup of tea?
Would you like a cup of coffee?
Would you like a biscuit?
Second screen
How many sugars do you have in your tea?
Would you like a biscuit?
Multiple questions

No, the Dialogue Wizard doesn't offer dialogue trees by default.
However, there is a plugin that you might find useful:

And I have created a short tutorial how a dialogue could be scripted, but this method requires lots of scripting:
