Puzzle Help

Postby Melli » Fri Jun 21, 2013 7:54 am

Hello!

I am trying to make a simple puzzle thats like, you click on a piece (but it doesn't pick it up) and then click on another piece, and it switches the pieces.
I was trying to do this using multiple hotspots with pictures of each piece, but I couldn't find anything in the hotspot properties to make this possible
is there any way to do it that way? or maybe a different way?

any help would be much appreciated :D

Do you have the freeware version of AdventureMaker or the purchased version?

With freeware, you would use the variables tab and toggle the variable value based on a click.
The purchased version, I would use scripting.

let me know which you have and I will help.

I don't know how complex you want this puzzle. Are you trying to build a puzzle board like the one I built called, "Picture Perfect"? http://hickchickgames.net/arcade.html
or do you want something less complex?

Sorry for the late reply :/

Yeah, like that, except without the number of moves at the bottom
