How do I get my AM Games to my actual iPod Touch????

Ok, so after like 2 1/2 hours of creating my app, I was kinda ~did I just say that~ not to see a button saying something like "Convert to iPod Accesable File" or someting but all I got to do was upload it to some website called giki.

Ok? how do I actually put this on my iPod! This is a very very addicting game. lol. How?!

So before you answer this, it IS uploaded on giki, and I can upload my output folder to freewebs or fileden. What do I do from there?

post it too a web site, then view the web site, thats it, AM doesnt make iphone apps, it makes web pages, so really all you are doing is viewing a web page, its very confusing, I thought it made native apps as well.
