I am in the middle of getting permission of making Thing Thing Mobile for iPhone/touch. Anyways, here's my question:
Is there a way to code for the motion sensing(accelerameters) in the iPhone/touch?

Not unless you're making an application. The browser only uses the accelerometer for portrait/landscape, and doesn't pass anything to the page itself.
