I would like to use Music Maker to create a song, but I can not seem to find a way to get the effect I want.

I do not know if anyone has heard The Phantom of the Opera, or the Sweeney Todd sound tracks, but both of their titles have an amazing pipe organ effect, and I was wondering if anyone knew how I could achieve the same type of sound on music maker.

You aren't really describing this very much, and I have no idea how it should sound, but you can use the 8 layers of Music Maker to create great harmony.

I only wish that you could lower the volume of one instrument in Music Maker...

I actually use two layers together to make the instruments I want louder, or I use adobe premiere to layer different music files and change volume. But I was wondering how to get a pipe organ effect, I am not sure how to describe it, Diabolical, The "Bad guy" Sound. the Deep powerful multi layer Pipe organ, The sound that is arch typical of the villain with the long black cape and the Organ in front of him.

Ohh...I get it now.

You might want to have a few low organ tones mixed in with a medium one, to cause a harmony that the brain concieves as "bad".

Also, I would definitely experiment with the different types of organs in different layers for an astounding effect.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: Just tsted out your idea. Listen to this...see if it confirms my understanding.

I used a couple different organs, an Electric Grand Piano, and a Glockenspiel.

I created a song for a short animation project in Music Maker... I'll upload it next time I'm online...
