A Controller For Music Maker?

Postby 3dgamer » Sun Jan 18, 2009 10:00 am

I am really liking Music Maker except I have a problem with controlling/using it. Does anyone know or can recommend any controllers or ways to control Music Maker? Using the mouse and placing notes one at a time seems to be a bit counter-musical for me. As soon as I get a few notes down, I have forgotten the tune. Is there any way to make the keyboard a controller?

TIA

I don't think you even can connect a keyboard (piano keyboard that is) to this program, since it needs to be redesigned to support

Okay, thanks for the info about the piano keyboard, Lyberodoggy. That answers my question re: controllers (external piano-style keyboards).

But I guess I should have been more specific when I said "make the keyboard a controller", though. What I meant to say was a "computer keyboard". I know there are some software that allow you to turn your QWERTY computer keyboard into a "music keyboard", where certain keys (for instance the bottom or middle rows) correspond to keys of a piano. I was wondering if Music Maker had the same option? Is it possible?

TIA :)
