Hehe, thought it was about time this forum got some action.

As some of you may know I'm currently working on the music for Dalton's Black Wish Chronicles series. I'm currently re-doing the music for his first game "The Black Wish Cemetery" and working on the music for his next game "The Black Wish Mansion".

I thought I'd share some of it with you guys.

Black Wish Chronicles Theme (Suite) -

This is a suite showcasing the main theme I came up with for the series. I doubt it'll be used like this in either game, it's far too "epic"-sounding.

Outside Cemetery -

This theme is used at the gates of the cemetery.

The first one lacks a bit of emotion/atmosphere for my taste - maybe you meant the same with "far too epic". I personally like background music in games that support the atmosphere/emotions (sad, happy, dramatic, scary, eerie, relaxing etc.). The first piece seems to me too neutral for a game - not sure if you understand what I mean And of course that's just my own perception

Yup the 2nd one has an eerie feeling Boo!

Yeah, I feel the first song comes off sorta flat, but it's never gonna be used in-game. It's really just a clean arrangement of other musical ideas I came up with for the game.
