Recently, I have this message just after I have installed an executable file on my hard drive. I never had this message before.
Anyway I can lauch the game but its strange...
I just reinstall the AMV4.4 on my computer and had the right message after registering...
Anybody has an idea about that?

I'm not sure if it is the problem in your case, maybe you can check:
After creating the executable file of your game, make sure you close AM.
Only then install the .exe file of your game on your pc, otherwise you may get error messages that something cannot be registered.
