Vista problem to bring up menu with right click? [solved]

Hi all,

I've gotten this report from a player today:

Also, I can't seem to close the game from Windows Vista. The window doesn't respond to any right clicks and the game is non-existent in the Task Manager.

I have XP, so I can't test it under Vista. Has anyone experienced such a problem with stand alone (.exe) games under Vista?

I'm using Vista and I don't have any trouble with the right click.
All games made with AM ae running fine.

Does the game have KeyGuard? It could be that the right click has been assigned to something else. Either way, I'm a Vista user, and the only time I've experienced problems with AM is while running a 64-bit version of Vista.

No, I'm not using anything special for this game, no plugins at all.
Ah, okay, I'll clear it if it's a 64-bit version of Vista.

The bug of the game not appearing properly on the Vista Task Manager has just been fixed and will be available in the very next update of Adventure Maker.

Just as an update:
The right click with the mouse to bring up the menu has been proven to work on Vista It was a misunderstanding because the player didn't right click on the game screen as it turned out.

Thanks for the information, it's good to know that in the next edition of AM the game will show up in the Task Manager.
This has often been an issue for players who are not familiar with AM, and find it "suspicious" that it doesn't show up there.

i didn't noticed that the games don't appear in the task manager

All games are running fine, so I don't have a need to open the task manager
