Why does a transparent gif doesn't work with full transition

Why does a transparent gif doesn't work with full transition?
Every time I try this, i get a white "frame" around the gifs.
Is there a way to eliminate this?

No there is not...I think it's the transparency issue....
I never found a way..other than timed event..but no alpha blending..
