TXT FONT CHANGE RUNNING ON ANYTHING LOWER THAN WINDOWS 7???

Postby NumberSeventySeven » Sat Jul 31, 2010 8:04 pm

Hello Everyone,

First as a 2 month new user of AM I must say this is the coolest thing I've ever used. Have been a point and click fan forever and was stoked to find this. Since discovering AM I have forced myself to learn many tricks and applications and have a much better understanding of video, pics, painting, cropping, ext. Just wanted to say thank you to the creators and that I'm definatly buying the full version a.s.a.p. Now to my question.
I have Win 7 and AM for Win 7. I also have my old Pc that is running Xp to test my burnt dvd beta for AM. At first i couldn't get it to run at all because I had AM for Xp version installed on the old Pc. I figured out the way to get around this was to just install Win 7 version on the old Pc with Xp.
So, It works but the only problem I encounter is that when it runs on the Xp computer the TEXT FONT and SIZE change. It doesn't look right and you can't read my txt properly because some if it goes off screen. My instinct tells me that this is because I used some text in the Win 7 Pc that is not availiable in Xp. If i answered my own ? then oh well but i need to figure this out because if i buy the full version it's a distribution issue. Thanks. AM RULZ!!!!!!

Welcome to the forums :)

I think your right. The font youre using on the win7 PC is not installed at the XP PC. If you install the font also on your xp PC it should work.

you can also install a font with AM, but for this you need the full version.
