One of my beta testers is reporting that the music in my game doesn't loop for him; it simply cuts out, even though I have "loop" checked.
For reference, I am using OGG files for music. Every frame in my game has the music set to play, so even if the music were to stop looping, it should re-start as soon as the user goes to a new frame...but it doesn't. The only way for the music to restart is if it's called via a hotspot click.
I've never encountered this problem before, and so I'm a bit lost. Any ideas?
