A player trying to install our game gets the message "error I/O 23" as soon as the install screen turns up. What the heck can is that? It has worked without problems for hundreds of players.

I am sorry I have no idea what this error could be. This is due to the Installer, which I am not the author of.
If anyone else has ideas, feel free to post them.
