Hello,
when I create new frame, I choose a graphic file, for example picture in .jpg. When picture is more narrow than a screen, rest of screen (around picture) is black. Can I change it for another color or bitmap?

Yes, I know that, but in my game the pictures are intentionally more narrow than a screen. So in game I have a black place under the picture.
