Someone playing my game reported that thier system freezes every time they exit the game requiring a re-boot. The game is built using AM 3.5.2. Here is the system config.
Any insight as to what the problem might be?
Thanks,
Kirk

That's strange.
Maybe you could ask your player about the error log on his pc. That might give us a clue.

Hi KirkAHub,
Does your game use any plugin like the 360-degree panorama?
Does your game use any special (not included into Windows by default) video CODEC (such as DivX, Xvid, etc.) ?
Thanks,
