Compiling Problem

Whenever I try to compile my project, this happens

I don't have any am1. files of the game on my computer!

try cleaning your temp files out and see if that helps.

well
CCleaner didn't actually fix it
but it did give me more room to work with

but I did find out how to fix it
I just had to uninstall and reinstall Adventuremaker

it's doing the same thing again
this time with my Rapture game
and I don't want to have to keep reinstalling the software
just the release the game
......

That's really strange... I never had this problem.
Maybe GM will have an idea what the cause is :(

Even if I already have a compiled project, it normally will just create another one.

I would like to give some information on this topic, since the thread doesn't contain a solution. I don't know if Qtip5 has been able to solve this problem or not.

An AM user contacted me with this same problem:
When she tried to compile a project, she got the message "Error compiling the project. File already exists."

After looking into it, we could solve the problem.
There have been game files in the Temp folder of AM, and this has prevented the compilation process.
When moving the content out of the Temp folder (in a first step just to the My Documents folder on the harddisk to be able to move it / or some parts of it back if necessary), the project could be compiled successfully :)
