hot spot image displayed when click

I have a little question : I want make a trasparent hot spot with picture displayed ONLY when the player click on the hot spot ( like a button with a lamp inside).

but I don't see, in click event of hotspot proprety, the checkbox

<< when the host spot is clicked, do the following :

...
DISPLAY AN IMAGE >> .

I think that should be useful !

I have seen the checkbox "play a video" . why only a video and not picture also ? ( jpeg,gif,bmp...)

If you have the full version of AM, you can do it with VBScript:

Action.LoadAPicture Hotspot(HOTSPOT_NUMBER), "FILENAME"
(the image must be located in the "Hotspot Graphic Files")

Or if you have the free version, you can create 2 hotspots over each other. Display a picture in the first one, and set it to only be visible if a variable is 1. Then make another hotspot on top of it, and choose that when it's clicked, the value of the variable must become 1.
