is it possible to change the font used for the install screen?

I think it defaults to the users font on their computer.

it always looks the same on every computer
i install it on and i wanted to know if one could change it
to a different standard windows font.
perhaps in the iss file?

You can add the following section to the ISS file and change its content to fit your needs:

TitleFontName=Arial
TitleFontSize=29

CopyrightFontSize=8


Be sure to use only fonts that are included in Windows by default, otherwise they won't display properly on all the systems.
