I am wondering.....
looking at the way AM operates and the plethora of possibilities I see (despite my lack of VB scripting knowledge) it would appear to me that AM could be used to make applications. Has any one done this?
Now on to my main question.... is there a way to "call" data from an Excel worksheet into AM?

As for the first question, yes AM is usefull for creating simple applications that require VB faster than using Visal Basic itself...
VB can use "OLE" to take information from files like databases, datasheets etc... I 'm not sure if AM supports OLE though... The best way to call info from files in AM is the .INI (Action.WriteINI and Action.ReadINI)
