Hotspot move

Hello, I am new here and I need help,
I want to move a hotspot when I click with the mouse:
Hotspot(Number 4).Move 364*15,385*15,62*15,51*15
Doesn't it work the one what lacks?
Excuse English, I am from Brazil.

Hi there...:)

Are you saying you want to drag an item...thats in a hotspot?

or click a hotspot and have an item appear..in another place.?
