Cursor Changes..

Hi there..

I've deleted my older post to post this..

I have it set in my Project Properties to another cursor for a "default" one..

When the user is within the frame if they are in Full screen...and my resolution is 800*600 The cursor is what i put in the properties..But if they go outside of this..the cursor changes from the other default one....Is this Normal.?

All around the outside is the other default one..on the inside is the one I chose...
