Run-time error "380"

I downloaded In-Somnia off the web site and after installing/running,
I get the error: Run-time error '380', A script engine for the specified language can not be created. It has only a ok button then after clicking this, the game exits.

This is a windows game, and I am running windows xp.

I downloaded Bloodwood off the same web page , and got the same error. Do these games work?

I could not find any information in forums on this error.

Do these installers contain the needed files?

I'm running XP and they work for me. I'm not sure what's missing. A codec?
