Hey there,

How exactly do I return thumbnails back to frames that I previewsly worked on, and will work during game play? :?

Hi Mr.C,

I don't quite understand your question.
Do you mean the thumbails of the screens? Either double click the thumbnail, or click at the top "Edit selected frame..." to get to the Frame Editor.

Returning thumbnails to working frames

I was refering to the thumbnails subfolder, not the frames management window--and how to restore the thumbnails back to full editable frames. :)

Why would you work with the Thumbnails subfolder?
If you open your project in AM, you see the thumbnails in the Frames Management window. There you just double click the thumbnail to get to the Frame Editor and edit that frame.

Well yeah I understand that, but I previewsly added hotspots, scripts, and invnentory items, when I was on another computer. When I returned to my home computer, I had my frames on a memery stick, and now when I go to work on them, I'm not abel to work on them becuse the're in the thumbnails subfolder...unfortently. :(

Hmm, well the little images that are shown in the Frame Editor are indeed in the Thumbnail subfolder. But you cannot work on those.
The frames and their properties (hotspots etc.) are in the Frames and the Frames Data subfolders.

Did you work on the frames on the other computer, then closed AM, and then dragged the whole project folder onto the memory stick, and added the project folder to the Projects subfolder in AM on your computer?

Are you saying u can't work on your frames at all...You can't edit them..? If that's the case..I'm thinking you didn't drag the folder to the right place perhaps..?

Mystery....are your frames ever neatly named..lol..:D
