Custom Menu Item that calls a VBScript?

Postby time-killer-games » Mon Apr 04, 2011 6:03 pm

Is it possible to add a custiom menu item that calls a vbscript code of your choice in your project? If there isn't a known way of doing that I now have Visual C++ so I'll be trying to make a plugin for it in that case. I've seen in the objects refference some interesting stuff in that regards..

Thanks!

Hi TKG,

no, I don't think it is possible to dynamically add a menu to the native Windows menu bar of an AM game.

For new users who read this topic, I remind that the "Runtime Frames Merging" feature and the Hotspot Magic plugin by ShadowHunter are possible workarounds (but they will add the new buttons below the native Windows menu bar instead of inside).

Thanks,
Best regards,
