Hotspot trouble

Hello, can anyone tell me how to get rid of the temporary flash of black background that occurs on hotspot gif pictures when the frame first opens. Wish I could use PNGs, the quality would be so much better.

There is no way to rid of this flash.


This flash always occurs with transparent gifs.So either you are using non Transparent gifs or use the animationmaker plugin to make an animation with jpgs

I'm so upset about this. Including the background would create all sorts of problems. How do professional gamemakers manage?

I've had a go at making the hotspot graphics as jpegs including the background and it does look good. I just hope the hotspot stays in the right place in all browsers. Thanks again juhu
