Compiled Exe Error Followed By Missing Exe After Install

Postby FruitStripeApe » Wed Jan 11, 2012 10:41 pm

When i start compiling i get a pop up that is Titled Error - File Not Found
Followed by Error. A file was found. The setup file will probably not work properly.
Please Contact the authors if the error persists.

It goes fine after that and the installation goes with no problems.
Then the exe link to run the games doesn't work.
If i search for the exe file in question nothing shows up.

I had another trouble before this involving the library not recognizing
my pictures or movies and crashing everytime i try to test a room.
I reinstalled AM 4.6.1 and it has gone away for now.

I'm running 64bit edition of Windows 7 Home Premium
Toshiba Satellite L505D
AMD Athlon II Dual-core M300 2 GHz
3 gig Ram

Any Help would be appreciated!!!

What version do you have?
Did you pay for the full version?
Sounds like you might need to reinstall AM again.
Please don't PM me questions, ask here in the forums!

I have 4.6.1 Full Edition I bought it around November.
I reinstalled it and it didn't change anything. :^(
I'll look at the thread link and try everything in there.

Before you reinstall. You should uninstall and clean out the registry of anything to do with Adventure Maker. Then install AM again.
