yes,but if you use a video to wmv video decoder that is not the usual (perhaps because what you've done is make with any converter), you have to put the final project that codec. to me has been the same, the solution is easy just have to find the codec that "you if you make them work" and that others do not, I include it before running the exe in the corresponding folder

You put the codecs in with Distribution Options, before you compile altogether..There is an option there to add them..However, with WMV, you shouldn't need any codecs..
