I have a demo i went to upload to Kongregate.com and was wondering how i can go about that.
They can take Flash/Unity or Iframe.
The flash uses a SWF or unity3d file.
Iframe asks for a URL.
Am i overlooking something simple?
Please Help!

Hey there...
Create your demo in windows movie maker..or whichever software you're using. Then saveas which ever file extension the software will allow.
From there, you convert it..to a flash file..

If you have already created it, you simply need to convert it now.
There are tons of conversion tools online..
