For my next game (Escape 3) I need a 3d animation.

It would be a car getting down a hill to a dock and crashing in the water.

If you are able then just post on this topic please I really need that!

Do you need just an animator (rigging and path) or does everything need to modeled too? What kind of car did you have in mind, realistic or cartoon-like? That's an important thing to think about. A realistic looking car would need to be raytraced for the metal to look real. That would take a rendertime of 2-3 hours per frame.

no it could look cartoon-like (rendering doesen't interest me).

The car would be a rusty old Chevrolet Chevelle SS.

And the animator would have to make the models and all (sorry).

Instead of waiting for someone to help you, you might like to learn how to do this yourself. This is an excellent (free) course, easy to understand and a lot of fun. In the first lesson you'll learn enough to model and animate what you want in a simple way. At the end of the course, you'll have all the skills needed to make a fairly complex animation.

Think in long term, I guess this is not the last game you plan to make in your life, so you will need animations, I think by the time more and more, so it worths to learn at least the basics.
