I was making some piano music for dunb so he could make a PSP piano simulator with Flash, so I had a whole octave full of notes. I went into SketchUp and fiddled around until I made a nice piano shape. I used that and made a piano simulator for Windows!
Because it is made with AM, you can't click on the notes very fast. In NanoPiano, you have one octave of keys, including the black ones. To play them, you just simply click on them. Because the keys aren't square, I had to make a whole grid of hotspots per key. That means that the keys wont work every time you click. I found that the best spot to click on is the part closest to you. Have fun making music!
