Hello, I'm kinda new on the forums, but looking at most of thease games made with Advanture Maker made me to create a game of my own.

The game is called The Final Story (obviously reading from the title). It's about a man named Jake who's after the murderer of his wife and no-one is going to stop him at his attempt. The game starts off with Jake arriving in front of a hotel explaining that the murderer is hiding in there. We don't know mutch about Jake at the time, but as the game progresses, more will be revealed. The game will feature very hard puzzles and you will need to have a very good memory and an eye for details. Normal pictures are used as backrounds because I'm not mutch of an artist myself. Jake will also be shown in them as a dark figure.

The gameplay system will feature moving from location to location, exammining objects, using objects, action time (you will need to use the right object in a limited time).

There will also be voice acting, but once I get myself a new microphone.

Anyway, here are some screens of the game:

More screens to come soon.

The game will be made for windows ONLY.
A demo will be realased as soon as possible.

Here's the link to the demo:

Nice concept :)
Maybe you could enter a black n white edition of the game in the contest that is being held

No problem... :)
Talking about this competition: http://adventuremaker.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=5172

By black n white I mean taking out every other color or turning it to grayscale

Hmmmm....I'll see what I can do....
I probably won't be able to submit my game to the contest in time, but if I'm done before September 25th I might be able to do it.....

Your choice. I just think that due to the character design, it would be cool to create such a game in grayscale

True. I thought it's a neat combination of things made in paint and real photos. :) I'll surely consider for applying.

EDIT: Some new screenshots

How's it hangin'?

This is kind-of a puzzle. Or at least, a hint to solving a puzzle in the first screenshot .

Let's see what we can find here.....

A dead end.....

Earlier I said that the game woud be realased for Windows and HTML format. It turns out that that won't happean. Because there is no music in HTML format and the changes of cursor are not seen witch awakens a few bugs. Anyway, taking this into consideration it will be only for Windows.

Having said that, I can say: I FINISHED THE DEMO!!!!!

But, please this is my first game and the smallest part of it.
