Wow...really good...!~

You are using AM for this game..?

Looks more like an xbox game or something...-- I probably got that wrong..as I don't have a clue what an xbox is...well i know what it is..but never used one..:P

But it looks like a game u would need controls for though...? Nice graphics...very realistic..can't get more real then that..

Thanks for posting..!~:D

Basicly, if I 'm right you can control the moves using on screen buttons.
Too bad I don't have a PSP :(

Thanks for comments. Basicly it's screenshots from the show. I think I'm gonna upload a video to show you guys. For now the main parts are - you can view the About and Help stuff, you can choose Exhibition and then for now you can choose only Rhino, then a VS screen appears (look below). After that some screens are changing with the entrance of Rhino. As he stops in the ring, below you see the three moves - "Choke on Ropes", "Turnbuckle Attack" and "Spinebuster". First you can't do the 2nd and 3rd move because you need momentum by doing the 1st move. After doign "Choke on Ropes" you still can't do the Spinebuster, but sure can Turnbuckle Attack, when you do the TB Attack then it unlocks the Spinebuster (it's one of Rhino's Signature moves). After doing the Spinebuster you can go "Back" to the main moves or choose to do his finisher "The Gore". After the Gore the pin is automatically done and then you win as Rhino celebrates, after going to the top rope with raised hands you must push X to Continue. That brings you to the "Thank you for playing the Demo" thing. After that it brings you back to the Main Menu. I'm now trying to do the perfect GIFs with the moves that would replace the slideshow of images for them. I'm also adding the thing that If you don't choose a move in "?" seconds your opponent attacks you. Also I'm trying to think of a thing that you must do while doing a finisher so the opponent can block it.

Nice Work

Postby PezDax » Sat Sep 05, 2009 5:08 pm

So nice to see someone using AM to give some lovin to the PSP :D

Tried the game and I?m impressed. It?s tough to do much with the limited set of features available on the PSP, but you?ve done a nice job here. If you manage to incorporate some animated gifs, it?ll be even better.

The screens and menus are nicely laid out and have a professional look to them.

I?m not a wrestling fan, so I?m sure that the game would appeal even more to someone who knows the characters.

When I play games like this on the PSP it makes me wish harder that someone would come up with a way to add some sort of sound support. Imagine being able to hear the wrestler?s theme music or the sound of someone hitting the mat

I?m looking forward to the next version. Keep up the good work.

Just one note ...
I found that if you finish the match and start again in Exhibition mode, all three moves are available right at the start. If you restart the game through the browser, it works properly and only the first move is available.

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm working now for more matches. Althought, the GIFs I'm trying aren't working well with the normal Web Browser but works well with one homebrew that allows you to use all the PSP memory for the Browser. So for now I don't think adding GIFs is good thing, sure I'm working on it. Also I've put two easter eggs to the new version one is Raven's House of Fun thing where you can see some GIFs but they are with low resolution and aren't matching at all with the screen but just a test, you know. :) Other thing is the Rhino's Spinebuster GIF that is not shown to the end of the normal broser but just to take a look for what I'm talking. Soon I'll release the new version with 2 matches avaible some new style, not brand new but improved. And what PezDax said, about the avaible moves. How can I make them normal after completing the first match?

Nice update :D

You're right about the full screen animated gifs (as egg #1 demonstrates). I ran into the same problem when I tried using them in my current project.

The small gifs look nice. The PSP's screen resolution is good enough that the action is easy to see. Be nice if you could center the gif's, but I don't think it's possible.

I'm looking forward to the wrestler roster being complete, so you can try and add some of the other features you mentioned
