Hangman mini game

Postby Lyberodoggy » Mon Sep 14, 2009 12:07 pm

I 've worked on a mini game for a project and I 've decided to publish it as a separate minigame too.
It's a hangman game. The first version was in greek but I 've re-compiled it with new graphics by Saturn and changed the language in english. The starting wordlist has 30 standard words, but you can add more, just by hitting the appropriate button. Thanks to cpkspikyhair for the button plugin.

Oh, that's a great one lyberodoggie...I even can't think about how you make such a game

How many frames is this??

The only thing I don't like about is that I don't get applause when I have the right answer :P

Hehe... I know. It would mean more coding and I was exhausted of the code I had already written. I even used a new technique in this one I didn't even know before...

It consists of three frames. The opening one with the logo, a black frame to fade in and out and the main frame. The only frame that uses background graphics is the opening one :P.

Well, it looks great. I can't imagine how you can make games like these with only 3 frames. Hope I will learn this programming stuff too some day.

But probably I have too many chaotic fruitcake genes to do this... Image

Thanks :)
I 'm currently working on another minigame. It took me four hours to build but the hard part is about to come... I will try to implement a low-level AI. But I may fail so as soon as I have the game ready without the AI I 'm gonna post it and then I 'm gonna work on that.
