Hello, Friends,

it's time to start another, brand new project. This time in English. Here you are a little enigmatic announcement: http://distorted.latest-info.com/ (or http://www.distorted.ocom.pl). More info soon.

Best regards,

Sounds very nice! And I love the pics! Did you draw the scenes? What program do you used to create the scenes?

Thanks! No, I didn't draw antything. :) They are regular photos, which I converted with good Polish soft - Machinery. Check it out - http://www.machineryhdr.com/ You can perfectly use the demo.

That's fantastic. Your environment is perfect for this. How close is your project to being done?

From Monday to Friday I work full-time as a journalist. Saturday and Sunday I lecture on university. So I haven't got much time for my game. :( But I try to do my best. :) In next two weeks I'll publish first demo. Full game should be ready until April, I hope.

BTW, look at the news on my Indie DB profile (http://www.indiedb.com/games/distorted). Maybe someone will be interested. :)

Wow! The results are fantastic! And the video is really great! That?s what I was trying to do with my adventure game (Black Wish Cemetery) trailer, I mean the effects you included to create the ideia of an old camera are really great. :D

Thank you! This is a free plugin for VirtualDub - http://www.compression.ru/video/old_cinema/index_en.html.

VirtualDub is a small, but powerful freeware tool for video filtering and rendering (http://www.virtualdub.org/). There are lots of very interesting filters. For example check out my videclip filtered with MSU Cartoonizer plugin: http://project2.art.pl/abyss.html

For video editing I use an inexpensive, but quite good soft Edit Studio, which also includes similar "old movie" filters (http://www.mediachance.com/video/index.html).

This is the other my videoclip with Edit Studio filters: http://project2.art.pl/marzenia.html (average quality, sorry).
