If you build a torch in time, you'll be fine. The torch was done using ShadowHunter's KeyGuard for animated cursors.

I like this; I always find hand drawn games having that "special" feel about them. The game-play design sounds unique and fun too. :)

Interesting...

What happened with the game?

I'm still working on it....I have about 15 frames to do yet, but it takes time because I've added a lot of animation to this game.

Just want to let everyone know that I'm back to working on this project. I had to set it aside while I took care of other obligations.

The good news it that it is nearly finished. I have a few more scenes, animation, and testing.

I'm still developing this game. In fact, I'm adding more to it. There is a lot of animation, which takes me quite a long time for me to do. I just wanted to report that this is still in development.

reneuend, my friend...

Do you know how much time I've been waiting for your game? It's not fair! :D

I'm expanding the game. It's going to be quite a bit larger. This will require converting all of my animation sequences because the project size is currently 5gb. So, we'll talk more about this project near the end of this year.

You already know how much time I'm waiting for this game... :)

Me too

Me too. The bigger the better. I suppose that gives certain... dignity to a project. Sounds good to me, I'm looking forward to see the results!

Everyone can blame this on Harvester. He wrote the music for it and I didn't feel my project was worthy of his composition. In the end, I think everyone will be happy that I continued with it, including Harvester! :)

LOL

Lol, sure, blame it on me :D I am absolutely sure you won't disappoint the enthusiastic gamers out there. Just do this one fast and fine, else I will be tortured by them now :)

After my new computer build, the software I used to paint the scenes won't work. So, I'm struggling to find another program that will get me something close to the style of the rest of the game. If I can't find anything, I'll just not worry about it....after all, its free!

Which software were you using previously ?

Have you ever tried Artrage ? It's a funny soft, but maybe it's not what you're looking for.

Hi Simon,

I saw it advertised when I was searching. I'll take a look but it might be outside my tiny budget.

Thanks!

Artrage 2 has a great free version ! (no time limit !)

The soft is awesome to create artistic pictures, thanks to its fantastic brushes.

Don't get the Artrage 3 demo which has a 30 days limit...

The main problem is : does it fit to your project ?
Give it a try as soon as you can ;)
