Hi every one....

I uploaded my game to Mediafire .. it's the only
game I made ever ..it took one complete year to be finished in
Arabic and four months to be translated to English..


the game size is 1.72 G.B
it is compatible with Windows XP SP2 23bit.
it uses WAV sound files.
it has 553 frames.
it was created by AM 4.5.2.
it enables the player to start a new game.
it uses AM cylindrical panorama plugin.
it uses keyguard 4.1.1 plugin.
it has a system of time, 4 inventory frames, save and load system, start menu, pause menu
7 documents frames, one objective frame, and other features.
it will create an icon to the game on the installer's computer desktop

important note 1 : there is screenshots from the Arabic edition but all of it translated in the game
important note 2 : if you see the puzzles too easy or too difficult please forgive me ...because its the first game
I made by this wonderful program...the adventure maker...
important note 3 : if any error occurred when playing please tell me in a replay to fix it up...

Maybe you don't need to contact the press, so skip this part, but try showing your game on social networks, if you have the possibility. Also, a good starting point would be to add The Arabic Adventure on IndieDB. It will bring you some visibility.

A game like yours (1.72 GB, 500+ frames !) deserves much more attention than it currently has.

Hi domozo, the game looks very interesting... but only works in XP? I don't have any pc with this windows!!

I will try to play with the XP virtual machine of windows 7, I hope it works. But if your intention is to sell or publish the game this is a serious problem.

@Vairon : I think that what he means is that it also works with XP. There should be no problem with Vista, 7 and 8.

Ok, maybe you're right Simon but should be specified.

I had a problem during installation and did not know if it is due to the compatibility of the operating system or the file is corrupted.

In the attached image you can see the error. I have not read in any site if it is compatible with Windows 7/8, I thought that was the problem.

There are some corrupted files

Could it be during download, your antivirus software corrupted the file? Best to turn off anti-virus when downloading and installing....may not be it, but was just wondering.

What he said by it runs on windows Xp he meant just that, as in, it doesn't work on vista, 7, or, 8. I tried to help him get it working on these newer windows versions but he used all over in his project the MediaPlayerObject in the VBS code which it doesn't work on any AM version except on v4.5.2 and below which only runs on WinXP and below. I hope really soon me and domozo can find a solution to this so he can share his game to a much more broad audience.

sorry it was a hard work time for me and TKG.....
I really hope you got the files and post a replay showing any snapshot or comment or walkthrough to the game
but you have to install it to Windows XP...and whenever I compile it to be compatible with Windows 7 or 8
soon I will share the link...the point that it was created before a period...

Yeah, RapidShare is cool and I have a free account, but without a premium you it's slow. You can use Mega, Wetransfer to transfer and share bigger files.

Can't wait to play it though... :_)

with Windows XP sp1 and clean registry files in the system-windows folder....
and tested it about 25 times without any error...no automation error....no sound error...with well registered keyguard and correct installed
panorama plugin....and without any corrupted images....and after a year nearly I reinstalled the game with the same system with no AM program
installed to my machine and without any other related program and the game worked very will ...without any error...that is the last time
I test the game....exactly before I post it.... I remember just for one time I installed it and it throw an error and the panorama plugin wouldn't work
after this I formatted my machine and installed all my usual programs...then the game worked very well....
now I hope you and friends reneuend and V66 install the game to a fresh formatted XP machine with the usual programs ( sound-video-and others...)after this if the game
worked correctly ...I will describe what you did exactly in the post....otherwise there will be something I don't know it...and I will be incapable to explain the reason...and there is something else
the USB guard gave me recently a warning that the setup.exe is suspicious even I was installing it from the hard desk...and I didn't receive
any warning from Avira and any antivirus program when I created the game....that is all I know about the game...and maybe I have had some special issue
on my machine in that time which doesn't exist at others.... I really want the game to be born....
