Without the support from GM to buy the game, there is good reason this board is dead.
I recently went back to working on finishing up my "Gone Squatch'n" game, but I'm getting errors when test running in AM or even my old compiled projects.
I have another machine that I'm going to set up with Windows 7 and test compiling on it and see if it will still run on an updated Windows 10 machine.

Has anyone else tried?

Good luck with your game.

Last time I checked on my Win 10 machine, I also got many errors. Then, it felt like it's gone... :'(

I was able to get it to work again, but I honestly don't know how.
I started by removing code from the project's start screen and slowly re-added it. Testing a little at a time.
I expected it to fail at some point, but it never did.
The only change I made was to make sure I was running as an admin by default.

So, I'm back to trying to finish my Gone Squatch'n game.
While I'm at it, I'll finish Rotten Luck. It was nearly done and then for some reason I started another project without finishing it! :P

I have another workstation that isn't being used. I am going to see if I can put Windows 7 on it. I have a trial copy of Visionnaire Studio, which I will eventually learn. Unless someone knows of another engine that resembles AM! :?:

Stay in touch folks. Would like to know what yall are doing.
Anyone doing any projects?

Hi there!

I have not written in the forum for a long time, but I have always been here, lurking... because this place has been my origin as gamedev (if I can call me gamedev, hahaha) and I appreciate this community very much.

It's a shame to see how all this has been declining over the years and it saddens me, but I see that you are still active and that makes me happy.

I wish you the best and I hope everything goes better (although it seems difficult), I will continue to lurk in the shadows ...

Good luck with all your projects!
