This is a little program I wrote that will let you load a picture on your hard drive and let you crop a small part of it to use for anything you feel like.
Could use them for avatars etc.
You can crop the image .
Resize the image .
Resize the crop image.
Save the image to your hard drive.
The program is release under the Creative Commons license and that gives you these rights.
