yea i've made a post about it a year ago... as you know I joined this forum 2 years ago and prowled the forum a year more before I signed up as a guest, just reading topics, so I started when i was 10 and registered just after my 11th and made some cool minigames, but have since quit using AM.

There's a regulation about COPPA members (under 13 years of age) that we 've turned off, or anyway bypassed for most underaged members. The term "illegally" is not correct, since we don't break any laws or govt regulations (there's no illegal material to which children shouldn't have access here, such as pornographic material, drug references or anything else for that matter).

That is correct...
As long as there is no identifiable personal information gathered at sign up or in the users profile..-that other members can see as well...And that there is no direct contact using illicit means--with the younger user..by an older adult..--That is not a creepy smile!
I saw it after..and thought...that kind of looks creepy smiling there..at the end of that sentence..
