LOL...yes it is...its a lot of work..really..I usually got Juhu to help me with that..cause he was fast at it..I think I did it the long way..cause anything i've tried to make unless it was a series of buttons changing colors..lol....was hard..

I'm also working with Maya, and I must say, if you get it a bit in your mind you can create great pictures and animations.
But in the beginning Maya is very difficult with it's lots of shortkeys and lots of menues but it's worth to learn it :)

On my website are some pictures of my new game i made with Maya!

Nice! I also think it worth it but doesn't change the fact that making actual animations e.g charachters seems hard for me :)

I'm using Anim Studio. I'll have to look at Maya, but I have a feeling it's beyond my budget!

As you know, I use the more simple yet primitive versions of Poser but is going on to possibly iClone.

There's a free learning edition of Maya, I use that while it's possible since it is above most of our budgets :)
