I like going to the developers websites. There are a lot of people who do their sites in languages other then English. For those of us who use Firefox, there is a simple solution to the problem of reading the site. I have an add on called Foxlingo on Firefox. It does a pretty good job of translating webpages.
If this should be in some other category, please move it.

I think babelfish does a great job at the languages it supports, other than that I use nothing.

I'm also using Google translate and Babelfish for websites (mostly Japanese, lol).
Otherwise a good online dictionary for certain English words that I'm not familiar with.
